We appreciate your review and thank you for your commitment over the past 10 years. We are pleased to see that you recognize the creativity, collaboration and drive that has carved out who USDM has become. I do agree that it can be challenging to form relationships being a global virtual company, however, we have made advantageous steps in the last year to help strengthen community and communication. We have implemented our own USDM interface – USDM connect, where our team members can learn about USDM, their people and converse. We also have been organizing more onsite USDM gatherings to ensure our USDM work colleagues at our client sites are connected. It is a challenge that we acknowledge and are striving to improve.
