Thank you for your review! I absolutely love your opening line - "A focused life sciences consultancy packed with highly skilled professionals sharing the goal of making our clients more successful." - as this is definitely who we are. We are proud that we specialize only in the Life Science domain and have some of the best in the industry working for us - and we strive for customer delight with every project. Additionally, I am happy to hear you feel like it is a good team environment as this can be difficult at times when most are working remotely. Thanks again!

Pros

Work/life balance is solid if you can manage your time and do your job Pay is competitive Some colleagues are great to work with

Cons

Majority of good colleagues have left the organization in last couple of years Abusive CEO who isn't afraid to call out and berate employees in front of others. Dysfunction has spread across organization from the top down What made the company reputable and special were the ex employees who left because of the CEO's lack of leadership and abuse. Vague commission structure and unclear payouts Unclear responsibilities across the board leads to day-to-day confusion
