Pros

Being part of the European team is a huge opportunity to shape how the company develops and make a real impact on internal and customer-facing processes and projects. Excellent collegial atmosphere - we work very closely together as a team and have enormous collective expertise. Diverse skills are valued - there are always opportunities to get involved with efforts that interest you, even if they aren't necessarily your standard duties. Flexible working - home office is standard. Interesting customers and an industry in transformation make for great project variety.

Cons

If you're not comfortable with balancing empowerment with responsibility, this may not be the place for you. Rapid growth means you need to be self-motivated and take real responsibility for and ownership of your work. There's no micromanagement here!

Pros

Work/life balance is solid if you can manage your time and do your job Pay is competitive Some colleagues are great to work with

Cons

Majority of good colleagues have left the organization in last couple of years Abusive CEO who isn't afraid to call out and berate employees in front of others. Dysfunction has spread across organization from the top down What made the company reputable and special were the ex employees who left because of the CEO's lack of leadership and abuse. Vague commission structure and unclear payouts Unclear responsibilities across the board leads to day-to-day confusion
