Thank you for your feedback. USDM is growing quickly and extremely fast paced so we understand that there are some challenges. We have been working on our career paths for our team members and have recently promoted several teammates in a variety of our departments. USDM has a talented team, where we have some impressive professional journeys where team members started within our consulting division, and now hold a position on our Leadership team. We encourage all to excel and grow within the company. To help with consistent Manager feedback, we have recently launched our quarterly performance reviews to ensure feedback.
