Pros

There's never a dull moment at USDM, as things happen fast and move quickly. It's an exciting environment and industry, and the business does well to adapt and remain customer-focused. This means things move fast, which can be very rewarding as you can see the positive impact of collaboration happen in real time. There are so many incredibly talented and bright people at USDM, and there's a good sense of teamwork overall.

Cons

It's a fast-paced environment, which isn't suited for everyone. You need to be open-minded on change and willing to shake things up.

Pros

Work/life balance is solid if you can manage your time and do your job Pay is competitive Some colleagues are great to work with

Cons

Majority of good colleagues have left the organization in last couple of years Abusive CEO who isn't afraid to call out and berate employees in front of others. Dysfunction has spread across organization from the top down What made the company reputable and special were the ex employees who left because of the CEO's lack of leadership and abuse. Vague commission structure and unclear payouts Unclear responsibilities across the board leads to day-to-day confusion
