Pros

Competitive Base Salary 401k & Benefits They will hire anyone - didn't even bother with a Zoom call when onboarding me, they just called me a few times and had ~10min convos and then hired me - so if that's your thing, go for it.

Cons

Complete lack of communication & expectations No performance parameters or processes in place; if they don't like you or think your doing enough, they'll just fire you. No formal process, verbal or written warnings, etc. Complete lack of empathy - I was let go after barely 5 months of learning/honing my skills after being in the industry over a decade in a different facet - it was my first production role and I received minimal support/training. They let me go the day I got back from my honeymoon - literally zero empathy to be had here at all. I gave this position my all and received nothing in return for it. Very disappointing. I left a good job for what I thought was a better opportunity and unfortunately I was wrong. If you're trying to start a career as a producer, this is not the place to do it. If you're a seasoned broker, you're probably above working here and wont put up with the BS. Avoid like the plague

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we respect that not every experience will be the same, we do want to clarify a few points. We have a structured and comprehensive onboarding program, including an extensive first week of training where expectations, compensation structure, and performance goals are clearly outlined. This is followed by ongoing support through periodic check-ins, as well as continued access to training resources and mentorship from leadership and experienced team members. We also want to emphasize that we genuinely care about our team members and their success, and we strive to provide the tools and support needed to help them grow. Expectations around ramp-up periods, production, and compensation are communicated upfront and reinforced throughout employment. Our goal is to ensure individuals have clarity and support at every stage. We take feedback seriously and continuously evaluate our processes, but it’s important to ensure that information shared reflects the structure and support that are in place. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
