      Pros

      There are some great people working at this company with a relaxed culture as long as you are staying on top of your tasks and workload. There are a lot of great resources and ways to learn and grow internally with the company and in the industry itself. Managers do not micromanage and respect and appreciate a work-life balance. Compensation is fair with performance based bonus opportunities. Company has a very good benefits package with a lot of additional perks for members.

      Cons

      Company would benefit from documents or resources with clear defined processes for all teams/segments. A lot of the training must be self initiated. All staff on each team would benefit from email templates for main tasks,

      Pros

      You get out of it what you put into it. Autonomy and responsibility if you are fluent in the principles of extreme ownership. Think of it like running your own business as an entrepreneur, with a deep well of resources at your fingertips to help you be successful. High upside if you are willing to put in the work! (and that doesn't mean 50 hour weeks or unmanageable workloads)

      Cons

      If you don't have an open mind, are closed off to learning new things, and don't have a "how can I help" mentality, this may not be the best fit for you. Pay (base salary) may be slightly lower than other consulting firms, but total rewards package in the aggregate is competitive, and high upside potential with career path opportunities.
