      nationwide company - good location

      Cons

      Regional CEO lacks leadership skills. Shows no interest in developing his region. Zero onboarding - hand to track down a PC and office equipment. Other regions are much more professional. All about tracking calls in their CRM system vs focusing on clients. Turnover is very high with support staff - Favor certain employees, looking the other way at bullying behavior even when it results in losing talented staff.
