Pros
For the brokerage industry, it is a forward thinking company. They invest in technology that competitors do not. They measure absolutely everything that you do. While from the outside that may seem like an annoyance, it does hold people accountable to get work done. Benefits beyond Health Insurance are geared towards family.
Cons
It's still the insurance industry, {insert associated stigmas}. Old school business model which if you're in the industry, that is the norm. Lacks transparency. They do a few things very very well which keeps innovation reigned in a bit too much. If you don't have a family, many of the additional benefits won't apply to you.
