Cons
Want you physically in the office, and then ask why you are not out in front of prospects. Operations will tell you that they do not want to provide quotes to potential clients, they want you to get prospects to sign Agent of Record forms to name the company as broker. Certain markets are not open to you as the vertical leader controls access which makes it difficult to do your job. Management would take a week off without letting staff know they were going to be out and without directions of who to speak to about issues that arise.
