Pros

- great for recent college graduates who are dedicated to learning and collaborating with other Career Track participants - amazing support from recruiters, Career Track team, and local offices - competitive pay and opportunities for advancement within your department or other departments - welcoming and friendly environment in the office - everyone is open to helping you and providing feedback - full-time employee benefits, as this is a full-time role not a contract nor internship - weekly surveys for Career Track team to improve on - company values: DE&I, USI Gives Back, employee retention, investing into further growth, always looking to be better

Cons

- some of the training videos can be repetitive - some trainings are outdated (like early 2000s) and should be updated - not everyone comes to the office (besides Career Track and interns) so it can be difficult to build relationships with everyone, or even ask someone for help - program is still new (like 2 years old) so there are many things to work on, though it is still highly beneficial knowledge you will retain

Pros

Great support overall. The entire team has been incredibly supportive, helpful, and kind. Everyone has been willing to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer assistance when needed. Their positive attitude and willingness to help have made the learning process much easier and created a welcoming environment.

Cons

One area for improvement would be training. More structured onboarding, hands-on guidance, and quick-reference job aids or flash cards would be extremely helpful, especially when learning new processes and systems. Having easily accessible resources for common tasks would improve efficiency, build confidence, and make it easier to navigate day-to-day responsibilities.
