Pros
Great People to work with, company is active in community give back campaigns, regional leadership is fair and knowledgeable and seems to care about their employees.
Cons
Systems are hard to work with and not user friendly. They distribute accounts based on revenue only and not on size and complexity which is important when managing large accounts. They apply the same metrics to small accounts as with large and it doesnt work. Service teams spend so much time focusing on KPIs (metrics) then servicing clients.
