Closing hours are little late, unless you want to work late.

I applied for a welding position and met the qualifications listed in the job posting. However, I was not given the opportunity to interview or demonstrate my skills. Based on my experience, I felt that gender may have played a role in the hiring decision, as the position appeared to be viewed as more suitable for men. I believe all candidates should be evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, and abilities rather than gender.
