Pros

No one looking over your shoulder. Easy in and out from store to store. Multitasking with important phone calls during drives. Flexible schedules.

Cons

If your car is an older model, gas prices can be bothersome. Wear and tear on your vehicle. Depending on the route, your pay may not equal your effort in work. Cannot close out a store early if you arrive before the drop off time.
