Pros

Small enough to know Directors, Managers and even the CEO. You can work with highly skilled people who is loved by customers Learn from people who knows their stuff very well

Cons

Since they hire highly specialized people and place them to projects, there's a tendency to get stuck on that client for some time. Also, lateral hires is expected to mentor fresh graduates. So, be prepared to act as a supervisor even if you are hired as a technical resource. Most project seems to be like staff augmentation model. Thus there is very little organization when you get to the ground. Not much perks as the big 3 consulting when it comes to travel and training.
