Extreme amount of opportunities for people who are willing to try and learn and put in hard work. An organization that cares for its associates and is willing to make changes A leadership team who has the vision and passion not only for the growth of the company but for the growth of its employees and the community

Cons

Some talent who are new, do not get accustomed to the current atmosphere. Internal processes are a bit cumbersome
