Pros

*You will get opportunities to work with top industrial clients in semiconductor domain. *Decent perks *Best health insurance for family (Not for parents) That's all I can say

Cons

* If you are deployed at client location and reporting to client directly, "Thank god" first! Cause, if you are reporting to any of UST managers, your life sucks. * Headless non technical program managers without basic communication skills, who are seriously a burden to organization. * The managers doesn't even know how to talk properly with their employees. They think, all the employees are slaves to them. They can only see the employee potential up to their level. In fact, they really don't know anything. Literally, nothing! * "Lick my shoes, I will make you manager" - strategy to follow if you want to become one. Seriously, I have seen people who were thrown out by clients coz of incapable of doing basic things turned out to be managers in ODC 😂 applicable for hikes as well.
