Pros

- They have some of the best clients to work with. (Cisco, Intel etc.) - The employee stays with the client for maximum period, pushing the work/life balance and learning to max. - The infra and policies at Bengaluru campus wont really effect the Employees, they are free from a lot of formalities, small but good campus. - Negotiations for Roles and FInances are fairly straight forward. (Show them you are good, you get paid enough)

Cons

I infact had a lot of complaints only till I moved out and saw the real service industry, I think UST was far better than the others. A few problems here though. - Lots of manpower yet too less competent people are recruited (as if they just need to get billed and that's all matters.) - Even the right minds are thrown into wrong roles. (But being Strong and denying can always help here.) - Compensations are fine but are only to be made before joining the company, have seen a lot of colleagues desperately waiting for the managers to release a good hike letter for years long. (But that's again people relying on manager promises which isn't practical in such an Economy.)

Pros

One of the things I value most about UST is the people. I have worked with supportive colleagues and leaders who are approachable and willing to help when needed. If you take ownership of your work and consistently deliver, you are trusted with greater responsibilities rather than being micromanaged. The company offers exposure to global clients, diverse technologies, and teams across different regions, which keeps the work interesting and helps you grow professionally. Learning opportunities are available for those who actively seek them out, and I have always felt encouraged to share ideas and improve the way we work. Like any large organization, your experience will depend on your project and manager, but overall I have found UST to have a collaborative culture where people genuinely work together to solve problems and support each other's success.

Cons

Cons Work life balance can vary depending on the project. Some delivery phases require extended hours, but better planning during peak periods would help.
