Pros

Salary on time (Every last day of month)

Cons

IF you are not from technical background then this company is not for you. I have been working with this company around 3 yrs. And in these 3 yrs they gave a hike of Rs 1500 . While joining, the HR will make a lots of promises about performance review and hike at regular basis (every 6 months). But once you have joined and sent to the client site, you don't exist for them. The only relationship you have with the company is of salary msg on the last day of month. Nobody will contact you from UST , nobody will bother about your performance review. No hikes, no opportunities NOTHING.
