Pros

Excellent Benefits. There are some excellent people there. They have some excellent social programs.

Cons

The experience varies from group to group. Everyone in my group either quit or got laid off. This was well before COVID. Company does have a history of letting people go, with or without warning. If a client is lost, UST has a bench which allows the employee 30 days to find a job internally. It's not an ideal situation.
