Pros

I've just joined UST - the recruitment process was managed really well. I had a number of interviews via Zoom where all of the interviewers did their homework in advance on my CV and make sure all of my concerns were addressed, even if it meant overrunning the time allocated. They were all extremely knowledgeable about my areas of interest, asked pointed questions, and did a great job of explaining the culture and why UST is a unique place to work.

Cons

None so far - compared to other companies I've worked for, the recruitment process was fast, thorough & efficient - in my experience, that's been a good indicator of a company that has focus.
