Pros

1. Good work-life balance and flexibility for most people. 2. Lots of cultural and engagement activities for employees.

Cons

1. Monotonous work after about 4-6 months. 2. if you're under performer, Buttering will save you. 3. for the number of hours you work, the salary is incredibly low. 4.people get excellent visibility if they sit for very long hours in office even if they do absolutely rubbish work, and in some cases they are rewarded. (all the above points differ from account to account.)
