Pros

Pay, fellow production co-workers, hours

Cons

Was officially hired for inventory position. Worked there 6 months and was never given the position, I never received the training for the position, was given countless excuses by supervisor. Waited patiently for the opportunity while being bullied and harrassed by a very unprofessional co-worker. Despite every attempt to face my challenges and do the best job with what i was presented with, she was awarded the job i was hired for without any communication from upper management or human resources. I did not understand why i was hired for the position if a current employee was going to assume the role in the first place.
