Pros

there is nothing more horrible than this company.

Cons

No clear Travel and Reimbursement Policies for Telecom projects There is no integrity for existing policies(they tell verbally that existing policy is for IT project and not applicable to telecom) No DA for Telecom, wherever you go it becomes your base location. They give Mobile allowances as low as 300/- and suggests to avoid outgoing calls. They do not provide initial accommodation to your base location. They expects you should work day and night including weekends. They do not pay attention to employees concerns there is no integrity to managers talk. HR is least bothered to employees concerns. HR makes lot of fake promises during hirining but after joining employee gets frustrated.
