Pros

If you know how to sell yourself to the company you can get paid really good, and stay in bench or talent pool for a while with salary and no stress or worries.

Cons

no salary raise until their process of appraisal for all the company at nearshore already being postponed twice personal growth you cam only do it in your project team, you can´t change from team even if asked with leader and manager, you cannot even take your vacation days in same line because leader doesn´t approve it. There is no real help from managers.
