Pros

Excellent work culture, enough opportunities given if you are willing to take up new things. Very much employee centric and work life balance is something which needs to be commented on.

Cons

Those who are straight are cut fast.Recruiting activities have a lot of loop holes which invite inefficient persons to the organization. To work with inefficient persons is the biggest challenge here. They neither accept their ignorance nor others' suggestions.
