Pros

Salary is on time, and easy to get job here. Here only one benifit, that u r getting your salary on time

Cons

UST is very discriminational company here veryyyy few north Indians are working (1 /10)that too they are not getting same respect as southindian getting here, only 3state people are more. No employee benifits, we have worked in covid time and weekends, for that they should give more pay but they reduce that also, and some times they didn't give pay, when we go asking about it they say the management decided not to give. There is no fixed working hours, the client can come up with the task at 6:30 pm and we have to sit through there to finish it. In almost all cases our management wouldn't say no to client even if their requirement is unfair. if the work is worth 2 weeks time and they say to finish in one week, the management will make us sit for late and also ask on evey weekends. We have continuously worked 1month, no rest no off. We were working loke anything and still they treat us like we didn't do anything for them. We have worked in notice period on weekends, that pay also not given to us. Its very worst company. For me they have not give hike for 2 years. Always they have execusees.

Pros

Work/life balance is both practiced and preached by leadership. Kindness, is something you don't find often in multinational companies, but I can honestly say that UST is kind to ALL of their employees, contractors and partners. Their core belief system starts with people and goes from there. Refreshing to say the least in an industry dominated by cutthroat tactics.

Cons

I would like to see the compensation reflected a little more in line with the economy, but I understand that the type of growth UST has seen would not be possible if compensation rose. I'll trade kindness and job security over a couple of percentage points any day of the week. Life is too short to hate where you work.

Pros

One of the things I value most about UST is the people. I have worked with supportive colleagues and leaders who are approachable and willing to help when needed. If you take ownership of your work and consistently deliver, you are trusted with greater responsibilities rather than being micromanaged. The company offers exposure to global clients, diverse technologies, and teams across different regions, which keeps the work interesting and helps you grow professionally. Learning opportunities are available for those who actively seek them out, and I have always felt encouraged to share ideas and improve the way we work. Like any large organization, your experience will depend on your project and manager, but overall I have found UST to have a collaborative culture where people genuinely work together to solve problems and support each other's success.

Cons

Cons Work life balance can vary depending on the project. Some delivery phases require extended hours, but better planning during peak periods would help.
