Pros

Depending on the account the amount of work will be, when we all started working there the working environment was really good, the managers used to be very friendly, very polite. They used to strictly follow the UST principles. Talent Pool concept is great.

Cons

Nowdays some of the managers are being very unpollite, the working conditions are not the ones they used to be. They promissed a salary increase every year. I lasted almost 2 years working there and I never got my salary increased. When they hire new people, they offer better salaries but yours is not increased, eventhough you are an expert on the project. You never, NEVER get any compensation for the extra hours worked (When I leaved, they owed me 6 days of extra payment)
