Pros

Nothing pros about this company, if you stay for more than an year, skillful, intellectual. Salary on time

Cons

My experience shows-- Higher mgmt uses agency by stalking/psychological stress/harass calls on employees if there is a conflict/strong averse/disagreement with the mgmt. Becareful not to confront any 2nd generation working managers here even truth lies with you. More than processes in the company meeting project objectives, Higher Mgmt MISDEEDS on employees are confined to the confidence on this external agency. That's why one can see Long time working mgrs can PLAY EASILY WITHOUT ANY FEAR with the new employees. THEIR whole LIVELYHOOD [decision on employees] is reliable on TAKING THESE AGENCY/S INTO CONFIDENCE and nothing else. I am trying my best to get this agency caught. I am hopeful it will be soon. I also request honest snr mgrs/directors to try from their end and join hands to stop this menace from society.
