Pros

Sometimes we will get good opportunities to study new thing

Cons

* Bad management * Worst work life balance * No benefits/ appraisal for current employees (. once you are their employee you won't event get a single benefit or appraisal). During the pandemic time they hold the appraisal for almost 2 years telling the company is at loss. But during the meetings with higher management they will announce the company is making huge profits :D
