Pros

I've had a positive experience working here as a Lead Engineer. The company provides great opportunities for growth, promotes collaboration, and encourages innovation. Supportive leadership, talented teammates, and meaningful projects make it a great place to build a career and make an impact.

Cons

Can improve decision-making and reduce cross-team dependencies that sometimes slow us down. As business needs change, staying flexible is key, despite the challenges, we enjoy great learning opportunities, supportive colleagues, and the chance to explore and work on great projects.

Pros

UST gave me good opportunities to learn and grow in my career. I got opportunities to work on challenging projects and improve my technical skills. The company recognized my work and gave me chances to take more responsibilities. I got global exposure and the opportunity to work in the USA through UST. I worked with talented people from different teams and learned a lot from them. UST has a good learning culture and encourages employees to improve their skills. The company provides opportunities to work with new technologies and global clients. I feel proud to be part of an organization that is growing and making an impact.

Cons

As a global organization, there are always opportunities to further improve communication and alignment across teams. Some projects can be challenging due to timelines and changing business needs. Continuous improvement in career development opportunities can further enhance the employee experience.
