First log in and last logout considered. + Compensation and benefits are good. + Fun loving events - Xite, Yash + Management is always rechable.down to earth CEO (S Ramprasad)

Cons

- 0 Onsite opportunity. - Not big growth even its 16 years old company because CEO's do not want to expand business on large scale. - No excuse if you fail in project / daily task / Client escalations - Following process is sometime burden. - Project hours 42.5 is mandatory. excluding Org meetings, events hours, internal trainings, conduct interviews etc. - Very few people get work from home (managers mostly) - No Beach - If your project completed and docent fit in other projects requirement, go home. - Leave policy is not good. - Most projects are short term projects with very less team size. - You have to be technically SUPERMAN to survive. Even you are hired company can fire you anytime if you do not fit management's mood. - US employees are considered as GOD and Offshore employees have to follow their ORDERS.

Pros

Work/life balance is both practiced and preached by leadership. Kindness, is something you don't find often in multinational companies, but I can honestly say that UST is kind to ALL of their employees, contractors and partners. Their core belief system starts with people and goes from there. Refreshing to say the least in an industry dominated by cutthroat tactics.

Cons

I would like to see the compensation reflected a little more in line with the economy, but I understand that the type of growth UST has seen would not be possible if compensation rose. I'll trade kindness and job security over a couple of percentage points any day of the week. Life is too short to hate where you work.

Pros

One of the things I value most about UST is the people. I have worked with supportive colleagues and leaders who are approachable and willing to help when needed. If you take ownership of your work and consistently deliver, you are trusted with greater responsibilities rather than being micromanaged. The company offers exposure to global clients, diverse technologies, and teams across different regions, which keeps the work interesting and helps you grow professionally. Learning opportunities are available for those who actively seek them out, and I have always felt encouraged to share ideas and improve the way we work. Like any large organization, your experience will depend on your project and manager, but overall I have found UST to have a collaborative culture where people genuinely work together to solve problems and support each other's success.

Cons

Cons Work life balance can vary depending on the project. Some delivery phases require extended hours, but better planning during peak periods would help.
