Pros

Employee have right speak and defend. Work similar to government office where employees cant be terminated without valid reason. Employee are given lot of chances to speak and they are bound to listen. It does have lot of values which other companies dont. People cant chosen whom to work and you will get chance to work so really bright minds.

Cons

Really cheap. Work with be more less same as every other company you may get 50% less than anyother company. You will squeeze just to get a bare minimum pay if you start your career in UST. One of worst hike percentage. Some years they wont give any hike. Worst support team, eventhough there are many, you will be force to war with them get the support you need. They make it as difficult as possible. Not nice to people who exit. Would make it has difficult and even try to break rules if you are not attendive. So make sure you track every move. Housekeeping staff and security team are like thugs, they make unnecessary issue which management always waives off. All this because they are try to get a cheap as possible and are to laid back recruiting non IT staff. Most issue i had work waswith non IT staff than IT ones.
