Pros

1.Work life balance.Nobody bothers even if you don't work. 2.Will pay well if they have urgent requirement. 3.Lots of employee engagement activities. They will ask you to stop working and engage in the activities at the cost of deliverables and client meetings. 4.You can whistle and shout like hooligans and be your worst self during any function like foundation day etc.

Cons

1.Mainly support and maintenance projects. No learning opportunities as such. 2.Poor resources in the talent pool. 3.No management or technical models followed as such. 4.Very few onsite opportunities as clients consider UST to be a service provider at cheap costs. 5.Quality of work done by UST is poor.Even clients don't expect good work from UST. 6.Have to wear formals with tie.
