Pros

The CEO Krishna Sudheendra is a great leader and leads in the right direction. He tries to have great company culture, however he is not in Aliso Viejo HQ enough to oversee the "TRUE" and hidden work culture. And once the Top Executives leave, everything turns bad again. The Aliso and Trivandrum offices are pretty nice locations to work at where 90% of the people who work for this company is Indian. Monthly you will be fed Indian food. You always hear great things about SIUA (Step It Up America)

Cons

The work culture at UST has been going downhill, the managers and office managers only care about themselves and will pass on all work to the hard workers. When you need help, they will tell you to ask for help, but then nobody wants to help. No room for growth! When there is a good position open and available, it will be given to the managers close family/friends, you will only get promoted through nepotism, not for knowledge and hard work.

Pros

I've had a positive experience working here as a Lead Engineer. The company provides great opportunities for growth, promotes collaboration, and encourages innovation. Supportive leadership, talented teammates, and meaningful projects make it a great place to build a career and make an impact.

Cons

Can improve decision-making and reduce cross-team dependencies that sometimes slow us down. As business needs change, staying flexible is key, despite the challenges, we enjoy great learning opportunities, supportive colleagues, and the chance to explore and work on great projects.

Pros

One of the things I value most about UST is the people. I have worked with supportive colleagues and leaders who are approachable and willing to help when needed. If you take ownership of your work and consistently deliver, you are trusted with greater responsibilities rather than being micromanaged. The company offers exposure to global clients, diverse technologies, and teams across different regions, which keeps the work interesting and helps you grow professionally. Learning opportunities are available for those who actively seek them out, and I have always felt encouraged to share ideas and improve the way we work. Like any large organization, your experience will depend on your project and manager, but overall I have found UST to have a collaborative culture where people genuinely work together to solve problems and support each other's success.

Cons

Cons Work life balance can vary depending on the project. Some delivery phases require extended hours, but better planning during peak periods would help.
