Pros

Low Work Pressure: The company maintained a balanced workload, which was very helpful for learning, especially as a fresher. The manageable work pace allowed me to focus on understanding and growing in my role. Supportive Work Environment: The work environment was friendly and supportive, making it easy to collaborate and ask questions without hesitation. Flexible Work Hours: There was no strict timing restriction, allowing for a healthy work-life balance and flexibility when needed. Excellent Refreshments: Coffee, tea, and water were always available, creating a comfortable workspace and adding to the overall positive atmosphere.

Cons

Cultural Communication Gaps: There was a slight North-South cultural impact, which sometimes made communication challenging. Occasionally, even among known colleagues, there was a sense of unfamiliarity. Best Fit for Southern Employees: The work environment seemed more naturally suited to employees from the South, which might make it an ideal workplace for them.
