These initiatives are supported by the broader direction of the leadership team. CEO Krishna Sudheendra’s vision has helped create an environment where innovation, employee growth, and new ideas receive meaningful backing. His leadership enables teams to explore new areas, build stronger capabilities, and translate ideas into initiatives that create value for both employees and clients. Personally, UST has given me the freedom to explore the areas that interest me most, particularly virtual reality and immersive solutions. I started my professional journey here, and it has been a wonderful experience working with supportive teams and leaders who consistently place empathy first.
