Pros
Some talented people that I respected working with. CIO has a myopic view of IT. More of a Cellular Engineer than an IT Leader.
Cons
Terrible Sr. Management, that has been there too long and entrenched with doing tings only one way. Very High Turn Over of new managers, directors that come in believing they can make a change. Became a Regional Cell Company and had to sell off major assets in Chicago market to stay alive. Waiting to be bought
