Pros
Huge room for self improvement. You get out what you put it due to hourly and commission based sales. And you do get the recognition you deserve. Everyone feels like family since is a small store of 12 employees and it's great. Pay is good but the commission, again is where you'll make most of your money. Do not apply hoping to get by with just your hourly. All in all friendly environment and great workplace.
Cons
There is a lot of self management and at the same time micro management. I had to learn to do things on my own pretty quickly and thoroughly but being a fast learning and retaining the information or writing steps down help a lot. Also there's always a "how to" guide online for everything you need to know.
