      Good company. Has great benefits as well as a great commission Structure. Small teams so there is generally good chemistry

      Cons

      Terrible hourly wages as well as not great hours for the stores. Also, not much opportunity for advancement; and management can get away with hiring whomever they like regardless of if they fit the roll
