      Pros

      Excellent work enviornment. Great work life balance. Customer service used to be outstanding but is slowly moving toward being just like everyone else.

      Cons

      Very slow in developing cutting edge technologies. This is a big detrement in Sales. Even the smallest companies (CellCom) have the newer products long before US Cellular carries them.
