Pros
Good immediate coworkers, benefits are wonderful, environment encourages you to be yourself. Hours are good and pay can be good if the legwork is put in.
Cons
Depending on area, A LOT of customer acquisition is required with zero to little training on how to do so. Management uses a lot of effort to explain important aspects of the business but makes changes that are very opposite to those statements.
