Benefits and when including the bonus pay was decent.
Cons
On the IS side, there is much personal sacrifice that's expected - often working overnight and still having to work during the day, without appreciation. USCC was once great to work for, however around 2012 they abandoned their culture. Eventually that was recognized and admitted there was work to do to bring the culture back, there wasn't any effort to do so.
