Pros
The pleasure of interacting with the customers and supplying them with their communication needs. The company also did a lot for their employees on a yearly basis as far as bringing them together and giving awards to those who were making a difference
Cons
Management did not utilize their skills to properly communicate and prepare the staff to do what was necessary. Also top management kept things from the front line that would have allowed employees to make better decisions about their future
