Pros
The culture is phenomenal when modeled well by leadership. Opportunities to do meaningful work. Loved my colleagues.
Cons
Company is floundering. Misalignment among senior leaders is obvious and creates distractions and inefficiency for teams. Rigid processes and red tape abound. A lot of "be a good corporate soldier" talk to motivate team members. Commitment to employee development is diminishing. A lot of cuts in overhead in all forms. Downsizing is rampant. A lot of rumors that USC is getting ready to sell.
