Great pay and commissions if you are willing to work hard to meet and beat monthly sales goals.
Cons
Promotions are constantly changing and can be confusing Management wants you to focus on too many things at once on top of your sales duties (Sales trackers, SalesNow, filling out montly sales sheets for managers, referral programs.. there are so many).
