Pros

Some of your customers are regulars and will never Treat you bad If you have a good team of managers the environment is fantastic Money is great

Cons

When your mangement team is sexist and feel threatened by you they will tear you down every second You never have a perfect interaction they will make sure you always know what you did wrong and focus on that vs focusing on what you did well If you are good at your job they will make you feel like you can be promoted but if you don't fit their exact standards they will make sure you know you're not close Don't have any kind of family emergencies they will expect you you work through them and not be mentally affected by any kind of death They constantly change policies and it all depends on who you are if you have to follow the policies If you don't break a policy for a customer and the customer gets upset you get scolded The dress code isn't something US Cellular stands by if a customer complains or a coworker complains you will be asked to never wear said outfit again, including but not limited branded shirt purchased by the company Forget being a woman. Management will stick to their rules to you about absences, tardiness, extended lunches. If you're a male you will have favortism and never be in trouble or written up. Unless management wants to use you to make an example. I honestly could go on and on and on, but I won't.
