Pros
Good, genuine people. Most of the people I worked with were good Midwestern folks. The company does hold fun and entertaining events at times. The work life balance is pretty good unless you are on the engineering team.
Cons
Sometimes the emphasis on the culture was much too intense. It almost felt forced at times. They brought in a new CEO so that type of atmosphere may change.
