Offered decent pay for the coaching role. Insurance benefits and retirement benefits are competitive. Tuition reimbursement is offered. Free cell phone service was provided.

Cons

Senior leadership in the Waukesha call center would push to make changes in culture and performance but would not allow accountability to be held around performance or negativity. Managers and the director offered few ideas for actual change and appeared to be more concerned with the happiness of customer facing associates than with actual results. Coaches are held accountable for the performance of their teams but offered little support to enact real change.
