Us cellular does treat employees with respect and the schedule was one of the better ones for retail
Cons
US Cellular management has no perspective on what is going on in the store. They will raise quotas and reduce your hours, so your offer will be for a higher amount than you will likely see each month. They hire management from outside of the company with no industry experience.
